Directions: Collins Realtime Reporting is located at 600 N. Pearl Street, Suite 640, in the South Tower of the Plaza of the Americas complex. It is on the northeast corner of N. Pearl St. and Bryan St., directly across from DART's Pearl Street Station. The Plaza of the Americas consists of two 25-story buildings with The Westin City Center Hotel and Conference Center between them. There are dozens of restaurants and shops on the two lower floors. The Adam’s Mark hotel is accessible by a skybridge. We are 15 minutes from Love Field and 25 minutes from DFW Airport.
Directions from Love Field: Exit the airport by turning right onto Mockingbird Lane. Continue on Mockingbird to I-35E toward Dallas. Continue on I-35E and exit right onto I-45/75 Houston Exit - Exit number 429A. Take the PEARL ST exit and continue south on N. Pearl St. to 600 N. Pearl St.
Directions from DFW Airport: Exit the airport SOUTH to Hwy. 183 East to Dallas. Continue on 183 to I-35E. Continue on I-35E and exit right onto I-45/75 Houston Exit - Exit number 429A. Take the PEARL ST exit and continue south on N. Pearl St. to 600 N. Pearl St.

1. The Westin Hotel has Valet Parking.
2. The Plaza of the Americas has a parking garage with the entrance on the north side of the North Tower on San Jacinto Street.
3. There is street level parking on the west side of N. Pearl Street, across from the hotel, or 2-hour meter parking on the street.
